Another Sunday has come around again which means its time to lounge on the sofa and chew the fat for another week...

A survey came out this week that says 1 in 3 or us suffer from noisy neighbours. Do you have noisy neighbours or has someone complained that you're a noisy neighbour?

Do you remember the 1st record you ever got bought for a Birthday or Christmas present or the 1st record you ever begged your Mummy, Daddy, Grandma or Aunt to buy you? I'll reveal mine and I may even reveal the 1st record I bought myself with my own pocket money.

I'll also be featuring top TV and Movies from 1979 along with counting down this week's UK Top 10 from that year.
