Golden Years this week celebrates 1988!

Hi everyone

This week on Golden Years, Saturday 2 PM Eastern, 7 PM UK, we celebrate the year that was 1988!

This was the year lots of people loved neighbours on TV, Margaret Thatcher became the longest serving Prime Minister of England, and new licencing laws allow pubs to stay open all day in England and Wales. Plus there was good music from Tiffany, Belinda Carlisle and the Pet Shop Boys.
