Hi everyone.

Regular listeners to Welcome To The Weekend will have heard a number of times me referring to Baby A and Baby B on the show. A few weeks earlier than expected, I am delighted to tell you that Luke John, and Rachel Margaret Dalton arrived safely into the world on Tuesday 1st July last. Luke weighed in at 4 pounds 2 ounces, and Rachel at 3 pound 14. They regularly danced to various feel good tunes that were played, like Timber by Kesha, and Summer by Calvin Harris.

Firstly,. Myself and my wife Suzie would like to sincerely thank all you loyal listeners for your many messages of congratulations since it was announced on the show on March 7th. It means a lot to us.

With this in mind, Welcome To The Weekend will be taking a break until at least the end of July. I’m sorry that I didn’t get to announce it on the show last week, but things happened much faster than we planned, but I’m happy to say everything went very smoothly and we are over the moon.

When I come back, I will have 2 more regular listeners every Friday evening in Dublin Town, right here on the East Coast of Ireland.
