Welcome To The Weekend Update
Hi everyone. I hope you are all enjoying the lovely Summer weather we’ve been having lately.
After a few weeks break, and the arrival of our two beautiful twins Rachel and Luke into the world, I just wanted to let you know that Welcome To The Weekend will return live from Dublin Town on the East Coast of Ireland, on www.the-bell.net on Friday 29th August, at the usual time of 7 PM in Ireland and the UK, that’s 2 PM Eastern. To begin your weekend we will have the usual mix of feel good music and friendly banter that you’ve come to know and love.
In the mean time, do stay tuned to the Bell for all our great shows. I’d like to let you know about one show in particular, that will take to the airwaves on the weekend of 22nd August. Kicking off at 7 PM in Ireland and the UK, or 2 PM eastern, a Night To Remember with Brian and Lulu will be on air. This will be a four hour show full of lively chat and music from the 70’s and 80’s. This show is part of a week long fund-raising event organised by the staff of another great internet radio station, called Toptunes Fm, for McMillan Cancer Support. It will be a syndicated show between both stations and promises to be a show you won’t want to miss.
