Yes it's true, the old man is back this week, wrestling back control of the microphone from the refreshing new sound of the Heidi banana.

Hello from the Gold Coast in Australia, where Nicola and I are being amused by amusement parks, and shopping 'til we drop.
But never fear, because the Mosen Explosion is in good hands. Equipped with laptop and microphone headset, Heidi Mosen plans to explode for four fun-filled hours. Yes, the bananas have finally taken over, and many would say not before time.

This week, the Mosen Explosion is raising money for a great cause. There’d be few of us who haven’t had our lives touched in some way by cancer. Not only does it change the lives of those affected directly, it places enormous stress on the families and friends of those affected.
In the UK, Macmillan Cancer Support is there for cancer patients and their loved ones, providing a range of practical support and advice.

Time flies when you're having fun. It even flies sometimes when you're not having fun, such as when you're listening to the Mosen Explosion.
It's hard to believe that my Heidi banana is now old enough to vote. Where did all that time go? But it's true! She'll be voting in our election here next month.
Today, I'm taking her to a political meeting she's been interested in at ten ding. I told her, I don't care how you vote, but I do care that you vote. So it's great she's interested in checking out a political party.

It’s Sunday, Sunday, gotta explode on Sunday!
Yes we’re back again with another Mosen Explosion. It’s extraordinarily good for you, because it’s full of gluten, high in all the fats, packed with sugar and loaded with preservatives.

Once again, little flowers, it is time for another Mosen Explosion, the show that makes you grateful that there are another 164 hours each week!
Last week on the show, we got to talking about the fact that not only is there soon to be a "Fifty Shades of Grey" movie, but there's going to be a musical as well! Confounding! Astounding!

It is my fervent hope that you will join me live! Live I tell you, for a four-hour extravaganza of utter nonsense. Yes it’s Mosen Explosion time again. And what a baffling, confusing little set of origins the theme for this week’s show has.
See, I was sitting on the machine actually, you know, the machine we must all sit on from time to time. In fact, it says here in this article I’m reading, that people with smartphones spend more time on the machine than people without smartphones. You’re a better person for knowing that, eh?

This week, I’m doing the Mosen Explosion with a difference. You know there’s very little else I’d rather do in the whole wide world than enjoy our weekly Sunday catch-up. But one of the very few things I would rather do, is watch the last ever performance of Monty Python live as it happens. And quite unexpectedly, I’ve just found out that I’m going to do that. I’m very excited, but I still want to explode with you as usual. Who said we can’t have our cake and eat it too, eh? Who said that I ask you! Certainly not me.

This week, much of new Zealand has been ravaged, absolutely ravaged I tell you, by wet windy winter. But never mind! Another week has gone by, and you can always find a little sunshine on the jolly old Mosen Explosion.

It's a very special edition of the jolly old Mosen Explosion this week, as we celebrate too magnitudenous events in Beatles history simultaneously, concurrently, and at the same time as well.
57 years ago, which coincidentally was in 1957, John Lennon met Paul McCartney, beginning the greatest partnership in the history of music. Just seven short years later, a half century ago, their movie, "A Hard Day's Night", premiered in London. The incredible soundtrack to the album was released just days later.
