Hi guys
Its a lovely but windy day here in the UK and I hope Sunday is treating you well...

This week there has been some interesting stuff in the news and some that I can only describe as bizarre...

Several councils in South Wales have issued a booklet out to parent informing them that even if their child is ill they still need to send them to school. Are these councils right or does the parent know best?

UK Conservative minister for Welfare Reform Lord Freud was quoted is saying that some disabled people aren't worth the minimum wage and we could get away with paying them just £2 per hour. Was he right in thinking that or was it offensive?

This week Prime Minister David Cameron was photographed with 10 Morris Dancers who had their faces blackened. Was this poor judgement by David Cameron and/or is this classed as being racist?

Also on the Sofa I'll be talking about Tesco, Twitter Trolls, telling you ladies how to spot the signs of when a man is about to propose marriage plus the usual X Factor round up...
