The Mosen Explosion's Back on The Bell, Unstricken! #MosenOnAir
Yet again, we're at another crazy time of year where clocks are going forward, and clocks are going back. Sometimes, clocks are even going sideways, but usually this requires an earthquake or a toddler out of control. Most of the time, clocks go tick tock, but at other times, they go tock tick. On rare occasions, if the clocks are syncopated, they go toackatickitytoacktockatocka.
The clocks are going back in the UK and Europe tonight, but you can still here the Mosen Explosion here on The Bell at 7, just like usual, well, except when I'm stricken.
As you know, last week's Explosion was foiled, foiled it was, as a result of me being totally stricken, stricken I tell you, with this flu thing. So I thought it might be fun to hear about remedies that are traditional in your family when you're sick with various things. Some of them may have some proven scientific benefits, some of them may be psychological, but they are things you probably associated with feeling sick, and being helped to feel better.
Richard and his girlfriend Nadia are in residents this week. Nadia baked cookies, and Richard cooked the first BBQ of the season on Saturday, so they're actually quite useful. We'll see if we can coax them into the studio for a Banana Report.
It is an extremely busy week in history, so we'll have plenty to tell you about, and the beautiful, equally stricken Bonnie will be here with a Bonnie Bulletin. And there's plenty of extraordinarily wacky news of wacky.
